Known Powers:
Balance: Spider-girl’s balance allows her to walk a tightrope automatically and a slack with an Agility FEAT. Her sense of balance helps her fall up to 3 stories (30 feet) without receiving damage, provided she lands on her feet (Agility FEAT). She can prevent damage from a longer fall by grabbing and swinging off protrusions in the fall’s path every 3 stories (flagpole, lampposts, etc.) or using her Web-Shooters, as long as she keeps making Agility FEATs.
Leaping: In, up to 50 feets up/across or 75 feets down
Spider-Climb: Am, Spider-Girl has the ability to generate a molecular bonding field between any part of her body and anything else she desires, as such she most often uses this to climb any surface as well as to bond her costume to her in order to make it more difficult for someone to unmask her in some fashion. This field has limited range and won’t work in most case through anything thicker than thicker clothing. She developed the following stunts:
-Sticking like glue: In, she can charge objects to stick with Incredible force to the place where she puts them.
-Spider-push: Rm, she can “reverse” her wall-crawling touch to propel away objects she is touching. This odd ability can be useful as it doesn’t exert any reaction force - Spider-Girl can touch stuff to make it fly away without being herself pushed back. This minor power is usually used as a secret weapon to launch a projectile.
Spider Communication: Spider-Girl has sympathetic relationship with arachnids, and has the Excellent ability to gain information from any form of spider
Spider Sense: In, Spider-Girl has an automatically functioning sense that operates at Incredible level of sensitivity. Cannot be blindsided and may make defensive actions if she makes a successful power FEAT. If this sense is somehow negated or bypassed treat Spider-Girl’s Intuition as only Excellent rank for the duration and she suffers a -1CS penalty to all Agility feats. She has developed the following uses:
-Know Your Enemies: In, this allows her to determine whether the danger is posed by a familiar source (such as an attack by a familiar foe) or is a new threat. This applies even if she has incomplete knowledge of the source of danger.

Limitation:
-Spider-Girl is susceptible to poisons designed to affect spiders, causing her to resist such effects at –1CS and taking an extra CS of damage and double penalties if she fails to resist.
-Anything designed to track and detect spiders or communicate with them will allow someone to track or communicate at range with Spider-Girl as well.

Talents: Acrobatics, Brawling, Detective/Espionage, Law Enforcement, Martial Arts AE [capoeira], Security, Stealth, Student, Tumbling

Contacts: S.H.I.E.L.D., Agent Derek Khanata, Jade Jaguar, Scorpion II, Nereid, The Magess

Equipment:
Symbiote: May and the symbiote must be attacked separately. When you try to attack them, you have -6cs to attack. It has Rm resistance against attacks & has 30 health. The Symbiote can regenerate 6 points of health a round. It is weak against Sonics (-3cs resistance) and weak against Fire (-1cs). When the symbiote fall to 0 health it is knocked unconscious for 1-10 rounds. The Symbiote provides Mayday with the following:
-Alter Ego: The Symbiote provides a boost to her stats as shown above.
-Camouflage: +2cs for blindsiding
-Disguise: the symbiote can mimick any clothing and/or hairstyle she desires in an instant
-Immune to Spider-sense: the other symbiotes of the Spider family are -2cs for dodging and evading against Spider-girl
-Natural Weaponry: she can create claws, doing Ex Edged damage
-Object Creation: A symbiote can create small items, including weapons from its substance that disintegrate 1-6 rounds after creation. The damage is weapon-specific, other uses are determined by the GM.
-Skin Armor: Gd vs. Physical/Energy
-Mesh Webbing: Ty air speed by gliding
Mechanical Web-Shooters: Worn around each wrist Spider-Girl has kept a matched pair of mechanical web-shooters that fire metal needles called "Stingers", or a stream of webbing that starts with Incredible material strength and hardens to Monstrous material strength on the following turn. This webbing is commonly used to restrain opponents, hold together damaged structures, or create temporary shields of Monstrous material strength. Due to its chemical composition it will break down and become harmless within an hour. The webbing is also non-conductive in its basic composition and adheres to targets with Monstrous ability. Some power stunts include the following:
-"Stingers": Remarkable material, causes Ex Edged damage on hit within 2 areas
-Spider-Light: Installed in her bracers this green-tinged light allows Spider-Girl to project a spider symbol to both light an area and to intimidate her targets and functions at Good intensity.
-Web Shield: Mn
-Web Parachute
-Web Hang-Glider: Ty air speed
-Web Missile: Ex blunt attack at 3 areas
-Blinding: Am, once the web is removed, the victim is able to see again.
-Web Slingshot: Able to launch herself over great distances. 1 round to make the slingshot and “prep herself for launch”, launch herself up to 10 areas the next round.
-Create protective webbing gloves around her fists in order to strike an opponent that would otherwise cause her more damage than she’d do to them.
-Create swing lines to allow her to swing from tall structures at a rate of 3 areas per turn.
Ring of Devotion: a thin silver ring on her left with celtic symbols for scorpion, spider, a big cat (jaguar) and love embedded into the endless knot. It allows the wearer to know the approximate direction and distance of the wearers of the other rings of the set, and get base emotions from them, like the power Empathy does.
Spider-girl has access to many S.H.I.E.L.D. owned weaponry and equipment. However, the following pieces are to be considered Part of her as standard:
-Extra Web Cartridges: The Utility Belt holds 30 extra cartridges. May switches these into her Web-Shooters when she runs out of webbing.
-Spider-Trackers: Tuned to her Spider-Sense these small trackers fashioned in a spider motif may be attached to a target allowing Spider-Girl to locate it with Remarkable ability anywhere within a mile of her current location.
-Blackball: a SHIELD-tech electronic nullifier, which disables every ranged communication and detection within 1 area with Incredible intensity, no matter the source (electronic or power-based)
-Communicator: a specially designed pen-shaped device, which can tap into most civilian and government communication, if their Encryption is less than Rm rank. Can be fitted into a pocket on the web-shooters

History:

May "Mayday" Parker is the first child of Peter and Mary Jane Parker in a future, alternate universe. Peter and Mary Jane were reunited with their baby daughter by Kaine, who found the child living with Alison Mongrain, the con artist who had kidnapped the baby on instruction from the Green Goblin. After they were reunited, Peter lost a leg during the horrific battle with the Green Goblin. After the battle, Peter was offered a bionic replacement from Mr. Fantastic, and considering it a wake-up call, decided to retire and focus on being a husband and father. For years, they chose to keep their past from Mayday and hoped that she wouldn't develop powers of her own like her father.

Despite her parents' hopes, May began developing versions of her father's Spider-powers when she was fifteen. At the same time, Normie Osborn (Green Goblin's grandson) set out to restore the family name (as he saw it). Mayday donned Ben Reilly's Spider-Man costume to stop him and soon took to crime fighting, at first hindered, then helped, by her worried parents.

May shares traits of both of her parents. Like her mother, she is beautiful, charismatic and popular student, and she is intelligent and bright, just as her father was. She also inherited her love for in-fight bantering. In addition, she is a very good athlete and excelled in her girls' basketball team until she quit after her powers emerged. On the other hand, May seems to have inherited the "Parker luck" in which her dual identity wreaks havoc in her private life.

May promised to give up costumed super heroics, dated Eugene Thompson, and ran for student council president. When Mary Jane became aware that the Hobgoblin posed a threat to her daughter's teenage friends, she allowed Mayday to resume her activities as Spider-Girl (a situation they wanted to keep secret from Peter). After a battle with the Hobgoblin, May told her father the truth, and after a conversation with Mary Jane, they allowed May to resume her Spider-Girl identity.

After an attempt at helping the S.H.I.E.L.D. government agency, a case filled with a piece of the Carnage symbiote was released. It attached itself to May's friend Moose, who became the new Carnage. In exchange, Carnage would bond itself to Moose's terminally ill father, curing him in the process. Carnage caused a stir at May's school and kidnapped Peter and Baby Ben, forcing May to confront her friend. May tried to talk to Moose within the symbiote but failed, and it bonded with her brother Ben. Peter escaped as May battled the two symbiotes and gathered sonic gear that might have been able to defeat the symbiote. However it was May who used the weapons, thereby destroying the piece of the Carnage symbiote. Her success was not without a measure of collateral damage as well, however; not only was Moose furious at Spider-Girl for dooming her father, but the sonic weapon rendered Ben deaf, possibly permanently.

Ben's hearing was eventually restored thanks to the intervention of Normie Osborn. Normie later stumbled on one of Norman Osborn's former labs, and discovered a fluid tank containing what appears to be a physical duplicate of Mayday Parker. Notes left behind by her grandfather indicated that this Mayday was the original he kidnapped years ago, hinting that the Mayday who had lived a full life was yet another clone.

Meanwhile, Fury the Goblin Queen activated a signal that awakened the Mayday inhabiting the tank within Osborn's labs, and she escaped, confronting Mayday on the roof of her high school just as she was changing into Spider-Girl. The clone could mimic Mayday's clothing as well as her appearance.

Having been caught in the heart of an explosion that decimated New York City (2003.09.11.), a critically injured Mayday, her costume torn away by the impact, was rescued from the debris by Madame Web's forces. She was sent back in time (to the fall of 1982), to somehow prevent the even bigger catastrophe than the supervillain rampage in 1984 summer...

When she came to her senses, she wandered in the city for weeks, searching for clues and hiding from Spider-man or others, fearing the contact and the future. She couldn't deny the help from the ones in need, though, so didn't quit from superheroics. Didn't took long time for SHIELD to notice the newbie in the neighbourhood, and they sent Scorpion II to check on her. They where about the same age, so the two girls fast became friends, then best friends, sharing missions, thoughts, memories and feelings with each other; despite their different personalities. Where Mayday were bright and easy, sparkling with sarcastic jokes - true to her father's legacy -, Carmilla were darker, brooding and outright pessimistic, but still they liked each other and helped whatever it took.

A year later, during the winter of '83, HYDRA took Scorpion II captive, and her lover's calls ran to closed ears at SHIELD. Spider-girl took notice when she arrived back from a mission and decided to find her friend alone. She met with Jade Jaguar, and her friends, made up a makeshift rescue team, and that changed everything. She fell in love with him, and he with her at first sight, then this strange love triangle became a perfect circle when they rescued Carmilla, and moved together in Jaguar's condo.

After that mission she got into contact with an offspring of the Venom symbiote, which (who?) sought out the familiar yet alien scent's source, thus Mayday became the host for it. For months she used the classic black-white appearence which it covered her first, but during the summer of '84 she made up her mind and changed to a new costume, with new abilities.

The two girls are still on SHIELD payroll, but mostly they are doing covert missions for the caped division.
